It would be a mistake to pass over Kostelanetz's many LPs. He always had the pick of New York's musicians, often drawn from the NYPO. In addition, his albums invariably boasted more imaginative artwork than his more "serious" colleagues. And he was a very fine conductor. A superb album. Recorded at Columbia 30th Street Studio, NY, in 1953.

LP looks VG+, but plays NM-
