Both works were recorded at St. Augustine’s Church, Kilburn, London, during July/August 1987 (producer: Andrew Keener / engineers: Mike Hatch – Lieder and Mike Clements - Symphony).
The striking cover art shows a detail from “The Wanderer” by Caspar David Friedrich, while the album design was executed by Mantis Studio, London. There are authoritative liner notes by Paul Banks on the reverse side of the jacket in English, and on the full-page insert in German and French.
CONDITION:
The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.
The condition of the jacket is near-MINT. There is minor bumping at corners, but that is all. There are no seamsplits, owners’ markings, bends, or other defects, and the album remains solid, bright, glossy, and highly attractive – overall, a superb collector’s copy.
The condition of the LP is near-MINT and playback is superb – overall, a truly fine collector's copy.
