The reverse side of the jacket carries insightful liner notes by Pasquale Santomartino, a small biographical sketch of Accardo (as well as photo of the violinist – with a full head of hair!) and a listing of his other albums on RCA – all texts in Italian only. The striking cover art is uncredited.
The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.
The condition of the jacket is EX-. There is a small bend / crease to the lower-right corner, as well as minor wear at the other corners and shelf wear. There are also two small stickers to the rear panel. However, there are no seam splits or other defects and the album remains solid, bright, glossy, and highly attractive – overall, an excellent collector's copy.
The condition of the LP itself is NM-. Though the surfaces are not perfectly silent (and thus I have rated it NM- vs. MINT) this is a fine copy and playback is superb. If you must have perfect surfaces, then please do not buy this LP. Overall, this rates as a NM- collector's copy.
